Your first quilt in the post is just fantastic, and I love the new HSTs. This gives you one less reason to blog. Hmm. Maybe you should host some sort of New FO on your blog? (hint, hint).

QuiltShopGal
www.quiltshopgal.comQuiltShopGalhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14165032142483696494noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4812403078896728901.post-78302333311211427112015-01-05T03:54:32.752-05:002015-01-05T03:54:32.752-05:00Love the dogs & cats blocks! Looks just like my dog. I like those HST's MUCH better. Too much color before, no 'rest' in between. The white makes them more fun to look at, and they look brighter. That's why I say "fun-raisers". Our vet always has things like this for sale and the proceeds go to "Spay a Stray". I made them a Cat Knip quilt once with images from the art of Henriette Ronner-Knip.
You know I love your "Let's Book It" quilt! The white addition in the HSTs is a great solution to toning down so much color. I'm very curious about the ugly fabrics you got rid of. It's true - no fabric line has all completely loveable fabrics. I personally think you already jumped off the bridge right into the whitewater rapids. Arms flinging fabric right and left, beware the rotary cutter as you slash away, kicking bags of t-shirt parts out of the way......you are having way too much fun!Debbiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14418828972427644899noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4812403078896728901.post-38785282126607297892014-12-31T17:27:48.992-05:002014-12-31T17:27:48.992-05:00Awesome projects...Awesome projects...Barbhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06622919657309096651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4812403078896728901.post-953043883489032052014-12-31T13:23:19.288-05:002014-12-31T13:23:19.288-05:00Did you paint the cats and dogs? And I was going to suggest some white with the uglies - and there it is.Vroomans' Quiltshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07258050499246235109noreply@blogger.com
